COFFEE ORIGINS cafè is the brainchild of One & Off, partners in business and life. In 2016, following the purchase of a small coffee farm at the doors of Pang Oung, they decided to bring specialty coffee to Mae Hong Son, and so One Off cafè was born.

Fast forward to 2020 and One Off (now Coffee Origins Thailand) is 4 years old, and we are as passionate about our mission as the first days; bringing specialty coffee to life. We now roast and distribute from our roastery in Mae Hong Son, a purpose-built centre for all things coffee roasting, cupping, barista training, cold brewing, coffee grading and more.
