BURN BABY BURN!

As our little cafè took shape, we almost immediately realized the importance of controlling the process... from farm to cup. We originally roasted our beans in a small second hand 1 kilo roaster... ahh the good old days! Truth being said... we did burn a few batches as we grew.

 

Despite all, we did find success in our little enterprise, and just over a year later, we finally invested in a beautiful PROBAT roaster. 

We now roast coffee everyday for both our wholesale Partners and our awesome customers... and loving it!
