PREPARATION

• Drip coffee maker

• 28g coffee (medium coarse)

• Scale

• Water (205°-212°F)

Order the coffee and equipment from Coffee Origins store.

BREW

1. Weigh out 28g of coffee per cup. If you do not have a scale, this is about 5 tbsp per cup.

2. Line the brew basket with a paper filter.

3. Add the ground coffee directly to the filter.

4. Add cold, filtered water to the reservoir and brew.

5. Serve and enjoy.
