Drip coffee maker
28g coffee (medium coarse)
Scale
Water (205°-212°F)
Order the coffee and equipment from Coffee Origins store.

BREW
Weigh out 28g of coffee per cup. If you do not have a scale, this is about 5 tbsp per cup.
Line the brew basket with a paper filter.
Add the ground coffee directly to the filter.
Add cold, filtered water to the reservoir and brew.
Serve and enjoy.
